I've just completed a new work for piano, viola, and flute titled Flanders Fantasy. The piece will be performed at the Walden School's Creative Musicians Retreat during the week of June 15, 2026 at the Dublin School in Dublin, NH. Click to view the score. In 2013 I wrote a large, nine-movement work for SATB chorus and orchestra titled Symphony No. 2, "Freedom", setting texts from great American poets and statesmen related to the revolutionary and civil wars. I recently arranged the first movement for SATB chorus and large concert band. Titled Crisis, it sets texts from Thomas Paine and Patrick Henry. This was performed on April 18, 2026 at Cary Hall in Lexington, MA by the Lexington Bicentennial Band led by Jeff Leonard and the Lexington Pops Chorus led by Max Evrard. This movement was also performed by the Lexington Pops Chorus with piano accompaniment in their Spring concerts during May, 2026. Click here for an audio recording of this performance.
I made an arrangement of a song for piano, violin, viola, cello, and tenor titled Aranjuez, Mon Amour that was premiered by the chamber group Pernambuco Chamber Ensemble in Lexington, MA on April 18, 2026 and repeated in East Falmouth, MA on April 19, 2026.
