I've just completed a new work for violin and piano titled Love Story. Inspired by Edward Elgar's Enigma Variations, Love Story is a musical depiction of how any couple's relationship might evolve. The piece was performed at the Walden School's Creative Musicians Retreat on June 14, 2022 at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH. Click to view the score with program notes. I've completed a new work for full orchestra titled Diptych Fantasy. Commissioned by Lexington Symphony, Diptych Fantasy is a concert overture based on two themes from a work I composed over a decade ago that was never performed. The piece will be performed by Lexington Symphony on February 4, 2023 at Lexington's Cary Memorial Hall. Click to view the complete orchestral score or program notes. Great War Triptych for chorus and string quartet, setting poems written during World War I, was performed by the Lexington Pops Chorus on May 20th and 21st, 2022.
